Ziveka Campus operates independently from a single official location. To protect students and the public, note the following:
- Ziveka Campus has no branches, franchises, agents, or representatives in Sri Lanka or abroad.
- Ziveka Campus does not accept payments from individuals, intermediaries, or unofficial channels.
- We communicate with students and applicants only through our website, official email, and registered phone numbers.
- Ziveka Campus is not responsible for payments, documents, or personal information shared with any third party, agent, or unofficial source.
- If someone claims to represent Ziveka Campus or requests payment, do not respond. Report it to us immediately.
By registering with Ziveka Campus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the above notice, as well as the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy below.
Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your registration and participation in courses and programmes offered by Ziveka Campus. By registering, enrolling, or accessing any of our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Eligibility & Registration
- Applicants must complete the Online Registration Questionnaire accurately and honestly.
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in rejection or cancellation of enrollment without refund.
- Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment through an authorised channel. Written confirmation is sent within 3 to 5 business days. If you do not receive confirmation, contact us immediately via official channels.
3. Course Fees & Payments
- Pay course fees only to the official bank account or payment channel stated in writing by Ziveka Campus.
- Do not pay cash to any third party or individual.
- Ziveka Campus issues receipts directly. Any receipt not from us is invalid.
- Fees are generally non-refundable unless specified in the Refund Policy at the time of enrolment. Refunds may be considered for course cancellation, denial of admission, or serious medical emergencies, provided valid documentation is provided. Full refund details are provided at enrolment.
4. Student Responsibilities
- Attend classes regularly, complete assignments, and participate in all activities.
- Maintain respectful conduct towards teachers, staff, and fellow students.
- Keep your LMS and Zoom login confidential. For access issues, contact support at [insert official support email or phone number].
- Follow all schedules, deadlines, and instructions provided by the Campus.
5. Course Delivery & Changes
- Courses are conducted online via Zoom and supported through Ziveka Campus’s official LMS.
- Ziveka Campus may change schedules, instructors, or delivery methods. Students receive reasonable prior notice.
- Only enrolled students may use recorded class materials and study resources. Do not copy, share, or resell them.
6. Intellectual Property
All Ziveka Campus materials are the intellectual property of Ziveka Campus. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is forbidden.
7. Code of Conduct
Ziveka Campus enforces a safe learning environment. Harassment, discrimination, dishonesty, or disruptive behaviour may result in suspension or removal without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Ziveka Campus provides training. We do not guarantee employment, visas, university admission, or migration.
- Ziveka Campus is not liable for any losses, payments, or information shared through unofficial channels or with third parties.
- Students must have stable broadband (5 Mbps download, 2 Mbps upload), a desktop, laptop, or tablet with a camera, microphone, speakers, a current operating system (Windows 10+, macOS 10.13+, or supported Linux), updated browser, Zoom installed, and PDF and Office software.

9. Termination
Ziveka Campus may terminate a student’s enrollment for serious misconduct, academic dishonesty, non-payment, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect When you register with Ziveka Campus, we collect the information you provide on the Online Registration Questionnaire, including:
- Personal details (name, date of birth, NIC, civil status, contact information).
- Address and location details.
- Passport validity and expiry date (passport number is not collected at registration).
- Educational background and professional experience.
- Purpose of learning Korean and course preferences.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely for legitimate educational purposes, including:
- Assessing your application and recommending suitable courses.
- Communicating class schedules, updates, fees, and academic progress.
- Issuing certificates and maintaining student records.
- Improving our programmes and services.
3. Data Sharing
- Ziveka Campus does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
- Information is shared only with authorised Ziveka Campus staff.
- Where required by law, information may be disclosed to competent authorities.
4. Data Security
We protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Students must keep login credentials confidential.
5. Official Communication Channels
All official communication from Ziveka Campus is conducted through:

- Official email address(es) registered in the name of Ziveka Campus.
- Official phone and WhatsApp numbers are published on our website.
Any communication, offer, payment request, or document from unofficial channels, impersonators, agents, or third parties is not authorised or the responsibility of Ziveka Campus.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Request corrections to inaccurate information.
- You can request deletion of your data by contacting us with your name and student ID. We review requests and delete data not required for academic or legal purposes. Some records must be kept by regulation. You will receive written confirmation after deletion.
